1.1 Information You Provide
- Account Registration: Full name, email address, phone number, and institutional affiliation when your account is registered.
- Institutional Data: If you are an administrator, we collect the institution name, address, and city/state/country details.
- Student Profiles: Academic roll number, enrolled class, department, and year of study.
- Subscription Status: We record the subscription active, and inactive status of your institution. We do not collect or store credit card details, bank information, or process direct payment transactions on the platform.
- Communications: Any messages, feedback, or support tickets you send us.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Usage Data: Experiment sessions, modules visited, drug compounds administered in simulations, time on task, and interaction logs.
- Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs.
- Cookies & Tracking: Session cookies, authentication tokens, and analytics cookies (see Section 6).
- 3D Model & Performance Metrics: GPU performance, frame-rate telemetry, and WebGL context data to optimize rendering quality.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Single Sign-On (SSO) providers (e.g., Google Workspace for Education) may share your name, email, and profile photo.
