By accessing or using the CologyLabs platform — including its web application, API, 3D simulation engine, AI tutoring system, and any associated mobile or desktop clients (collectively, the "Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
If you are using CologyLabs on behalf of an educational institution, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that institution to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and the institution.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
